anyway, just read this whole fic so far in one go (because museslash is better than slogging through thousands of pages of reading for my senior thesis, fml) and i'm really liking it - the humor is wonderful, and even though it's about the porn industry (which could easily turn the story rather tawdry), it's interesting to look at it as just a job, which it is, for all parties involved. and i like that they can all see the inherent ridiculousness in some of the stuff they have to do (like dressing up as a pirate hooker, rofllll), it makes it easier to relate to the characters - we all have to do silly things we're maybe not wild about (although i doubt many of us readers are porn stars, lolol). plus, it reminds me a little bit of ted's porn site on queer as folk, which is one of my favorite TV shows. :3
i'm really loving matt's voice; he's very funny and charming. dom is such a puzzling character, though! i'm wondering if there's some history between dom and mort (who, for some reason, i keep envisioning as jerry stiller, lmfao - i think that was the name of his character in zoolander?) - not necessarily sexual, but something transpired that made him untrusting of dom. curious, curious... and i can't help but be wonder about what's going on between carson and tom... hrrrrrm. can't wait to read the next bit!
ETA: poor dom, having to have his junk aspirated! D: man, i remember when they had to do that to jason on true blood. i don't even have those parts, and this scene still made me cross my legs uncomfortably, lolol. poor thing, no wonder he passed out.
