You did a great job here. I loved the dialogues. Mature and believable. And I´m happy that you continued with this!
Now, about the issue in question. It´s very difficult, indeed, and it´s SO SAD that it´s tearing them apart. I understand both Dom and Matt´s position, none of them is the bad guy. Dom wants to become a father with the person he loves to pieces, and the fact that that person wouldn´t share his excitement hurts him. Of course it hurts him, he feels rejected and let down. But Matthew is not ready to take that step because of his painful childhood, which is understandable. He practically believes that he sort of, inherited his father´s insensitivity.
Matt is not helping with this silence though. At all. And standing Dom up was a big mistake too. He has to talk about it, otherwise the crisis will only get worse. Dom will understand, and help him.
