Easiest frosting of my life! No problem, I have it memorized!

3 sticks of unsalted butter softened. I cut into blobs.
16 ounces of marshmallow fluff (it comes in a 7 ounce and like 11 ounce size or something stupid, just guestimate)
1/2 cup powdered sugar

This is even easier if you have a stand mixer. Start with fluff. Get it out of the sodding jar and into the bowl. Start on a medium ish speed and add chunks of butter. Scrape the bowl keep going. Blah. Then in slow bits on a low speed add the powered sugar. Otherwise it gets EVERYWHERE. Beat until nice and smooth. You can add a dash of vanilla if you'd like. Food coloring too.
