Ohhhhhh, this is just fantastic :D :D :D I was grinning the entire time, both at their interactions around one another and just how smooth they sound on air... unnnngh, haha XD
Not that you don't do this in all of your fics, but I love your multi-dimensionality of Dominic's character especially in this chapter- he's both smooth and insecure, a party animal and lonely. I like that you place them both within the same element, but it's the intrigue and mystery about their backgrounds that keeps things interesting :)
I have to say that i'm SO EXCITED this is set in the seventies! :D I love period fics/films/novels/whatever, so this is a special treat :3
